Healing is a journey, and I am here to walk alongside with you. Whether you’re facing trauma, anxiety, depression, race-related stress, or sexual trauma, I offer a supportive space where we can explore your experiences and uncover pathways to healing. I also work with individuals who are struggling with self-harm and suicide ideation, providing guidance and tools to help you regain a sense of control and hope. My approach integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each method to your unique needs.
Healing is a holistic process that involves not only the mind but also the body, spirit, and our connections to others. I recognize that your well-being is influenced by the energy of your family and community, which is why I approach therapy in a way that acknowledges these deeper layers. I use Family Systems Therapy and Narrative Therapy to help strengthen relationships and foster better communication within families. For children, I offer play and art therapy as a way to process emotions and promote healing in a safe, non-verbal, expressive way. I also integrate ancestral and cultural healing practices, encouraging reconnection with your roots and community as part of your healing process.
