I work with individuals seeking support for a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. By integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy 

(CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll uncover pathways to healing, resilience, and growth.


Healing is a holistic process, and I take into account the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate a person-centered approach to foster self-awareness and self-compassion, empowering you to move toward the life you want. I also place a strong emphasis on creating a
