“You do not have to be me in order for us to fight alongside each other”– Audre Lorde

My experience as a youth worker and community organizer has inspired me to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I view my role as working in collaboration alongside you on your healing journey. As a queer and non binary therapist, I believe in creating a space where you can be your full and authentic self.

While working together you can expect validation, authenticity, compassionate curiosity and kindness. My approach to therapy is inspired by collective liberation, radical self-love and trauma-informed care.

As a therapist I value autonomy and empowerment. I am committed to anti-racism and a lifelong learner of anti-oppression frameworks. Both inform my understanding of the ways systemic oppression harm us as individuals and harm our communities.

Some of my areas of focus include:

  • Trans/Gender expansive
  • LGBTQIA+
  • Trauma
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Political Anxiety
  • Family Dynamics
  • Relationships and Relationship Variety
  • Domestic Violence
  • Harm Reduction
  • Neurodivergence

Some Modalities I use to inform my work include:

  • DBT
  • Parts Work
  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy
  • Humanistic Therapy
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Somatic Therapy
