I am a firm believer that there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy and treatment planning, and embrace the beauty of each unique person that comes to me for help. I have experience with a wide range of symptoms and diagnoses such as mild to severe anxiety and depression, suicidal ideation and self-harm, various levels of trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mild to severe addictions, borderline personality disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and autism. When I meet with clients, I want to understand the whole story and take a holistic approach to tailor the treatment plan accordingly using evidence-based approaches in collaboration with you. We are a team and we will work together to find your strengths and meet your goals at your own pace.

I hope to dispel any negative preconceived notions surrounding therapy by welcoming each client with warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental arms. I am here to help you find a new zest for life and help in all facets of life whether it’s personal, social, school, or work-related. I will be here to support you and give you the tools to achieve your goals.

I like to approach therapy from a psychodynamic lens, paying close attention to developmental milestones and how they affect someone’s present emotional intelligence and daily functioning. Additionally, I like to integrate cognitive behavioral therapies such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help foster healthy communication and healthy relationships with others as well as with yourself.

In behavioral settings, I have experience with clients ranging from 3 – 67 years of age, helping them develop everyday skills like functional communication, social functioning, emotional regulation and management, and community involvement.
